Sandi Killingback has been an essential member of The Zandbergen Group for over seven years, steadily advancing through key leadership roles. She began her journey in Operations, rose to become Director of Client Service, and now serves as Chief Administrative Officer. Sandi holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business Management from the University of Texas—an educational foundation she leverages daily to enhance client experiences and lead high-performing teams.
A native of Orange County, Sandi now resides in Dana Point, a place she proudly calls home and never plans to leave. Before joining The Zandbergen Group, she built a strong background in sales across a variety of industries including insurance, private aircraft charter, alcohol distribution, and HR outsourcing. This diverse experience has honed her natural ability to understand client needs and drive service excellence.
Outside of work, Sandi is a dedicated wife to her husband Randy and proud mom to their daughter Camryn. She loves traveling with her family—favorites include Italy, Greece, Mexico, Hawaii, and anywhere their RV can take them. An avid reader, passionate cook, and nurturing presence, Sandi shines most in her favorite role: Mom.
